Placement Arrangements​

JD Nexus provides permanent attorney recruiting services on either a contingent or exclusive basis at both the associate and partner levels.

 

Contingent Services

With contingent placement services you are free to work with other search agencies in connection with your attorney need. You may review candidate resumes we submit free of charge and under absolutely no obligation. You agree only to provide payment should you hire a candidate presented by JD Nexus.

In that event, the payment is a percentage of the candidate’s first year salary, not including bonuses (placement fee).

 

Exclusive Services

With an exclusive arrangement, you agree for a limited time not to review resumes from other search agencies in connection with your attorney need. In return, JD Nexus will work on your behalf for a reduced placement fee.
